Great solution. Don't mess with spare parts or you will be disappointed. This is an ideal OEM replacement part. Installed a new belt and the noise was gone. the bearings repacked. They were completely dry. It made a big difference and now my truck is very quiet. GMC Z71 2004 version. 127,000 original miles
