Review on Gonex Outdoor Skating: Adjustable Illuminating Gear by Kyle Omaha

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Broke after 6 months

Feedback from my daughter. Comfort: Decent bearings ensure a smooth ride. However, the insoles are easily removed when removing the foot. Good ankle support. Quality: After several dozen rides, the screws began to loosen. The front wheel fell off and at the same time the brake released. Very unsafe for her as she drove down the hill. Luckily she's a decent racer and was able to brake by turning her back skate sideways and slowing down. Some blue Loctite solves the screw problem. Found another loose screw which eventually fell out. See photo of problem with wheel and brake. She lost a bolt, I need to replace other bolts and nuts. The brake fell out and damaged the plastic so badly that changing the pads no longer works. I would give 2 or 3 stars but 1 star for visibility as most people jump straight to 1 star ratings. If I couldn't fix it I would give it 1 star as they are useless until fixed.
