I like how easy it makes keeping track of stock levels, customer information as well as order processing very simple. It has helped me keep my stock room organized and keep up to date about what's in our store at all times. The product can be difficult to navigate which could sometimes make your job harder than necessary but this will depend if you're using it correctly or not. If you need something to help organize your retail space then VRP is a great option. A few things i dislike are the time limits when updating items sold and also there isn't much customization available. This helps us manage everything from employee training to sales reports. We use this primarily for inventory tracking though we do have some customizations done to display additional info regarding orders.
