Disappointing! It takes 3 to 15 clicks of the igniter to light this thing. I assumed it was a good product at this price point and worked as advertised but apparently it doesn't. If you buy it expecting it to work well, you will be disappointed. It's been a month now and it takes 20-30 clicks to ignite. The thing is useless! Okay, big change of heart! I couldn't understand how many reviews liked it and I didn't. So I decided to return it and Revain offered to send a replacement. It seemed sensible to try this and apparently I got a bad one. This can happen with any product line, no matter how good they are overall. Now my new one lights up the first or second time every time. I'm satisfied and Revain was very helpful in resolving the issue. Thanks to Revain and thanks to Bernzomatic.
