WHY DID I NOT BUY THIS EARLIER!?! I've been using the iPad for as long as the iPad has existed. We have 3 at home. I use it for everything: work, write, email, watch movies on Plex, cook, anything. I currently have an iPad Air 2 in a Devicewear case (which my husband teases looks like an old-school checkbook, but I love it). Just a few days ago I cooked a new recipe that was quite complex and while I was sautéing veggies in olive oil and splattering it all over, I figured you really need a better way to cook by reading recipes from your iPad. Here is the answer to my problem! Here's what I love about this tablet stand: - DURABILITY/QUALITY: This thing is pretty darn strong! Seriously, it's like a military class or something. I have so many placemats (from towels to headphones) that tip over, but this won't be one of them! They didn't skimp on the materials used. This is a very high quality item. starting with the stand itself, to the equipment and tools for setting up and setting up! It's also packaged nicely and securely and I love how things come with all the tools you need to assemble without having to rummage through the tool chest. I will have included the handy little Allen key/Phillips screwdriver! - PERFECT HEIGHT: This stand is perfect for almost anything I want to do with my iPad, and the endless tilt and swivel options ensure it's always perfect. viewing angle too. Whether I'm cooking from an online recipe, sitting at the dining table checking email during breakfast, or watching a movie or TV show at my desk, it's always perfect to use. It literally couldn't be easier to build and use. It's totally intuitive, and while you don't even need instructions to assemble and use it, they're still included, which I always appreciate! - DESIGN: Perhaps what I like most about this stand is something I didn't expect, which is that it will hold my iPad securely. without having to take it out of my pocket every time I want to use it! I just open the lid and put it inside. It will never fall out and yet it's very easy to take it off when I'm done. I don't know what wizardry and sorcery they used to enable the brackets to hold any size table securely to the cabinet without scratching, marring or coming loose but it's amazing! I don't know what else to say to that. I LOVE IT! I rarely give 5 stars for anything, but this one deserves it. I keep it in the kitchen because I cook a lot. and will probably get another to keep at work. I hope this helps someone else!
