The PERFECT iPad/tablet stand that fits in a case for my iPad Air 2!

WHY DID I NOT BUY THIS EARLIER!?! I've been using the iPad for as long as the iPad has existed. We have 3 in our house and I use it for everything: working, writing, emailing, watching movies on Plex, cooking, you name it. I ordered this mount to turn my 12.9" iPad Pro into a desktop monitor. I use my iPad for my work and personal tasks instead of my computer. Durable enough for heavy use with a drawing tablet.

I use this to support my 12.9 inch iPad Pro to create digital art in apps like Procreate and Clip Studio. I have a fairly heavy hand when I draw, and it's strong enough to support one of my main hands so I can use external keyboard shortcuts with the other. I've had it for a few months now and it shows no major signs of wear. I managed to scratch the plastic (on the back where it's not visible) but that was during a move and I didn't pack it carefully so I call it user error :) Just be aware…

I like it but it tends to wobble a bit on larger tablets etc.

With the C19 I needed something for the kids to use at school and although my Surface Pro was great for this job they had to crane their necks to get at the screen watch. I chose this to bring her screen closer to eye level and it helped. It came with two different sized "clamps" to fit whatever you need. Pretty beautiful, but there are a few cosmetic flaws

Overall, this is a good stand for my 9.7" iPad. My stand didn't come with an instruction manual - just a couple of diagrams printed on the outside of the box. An extra screw was included to secure the plastic bracket to the rotating metal bracket (2 total), as well as a small hex-head screwdriver and a smaller hex wrench to remove (I think) the rotating metal bracket or adjust the tension of the ball joint.
