Great for Smokers - Kitchen Utensils and Gadgets

I use 580 for bacon in Rectek. The drip tray catches grease and prevents the usual overloading caused by greasy smoke. If you drain the fat into a regular drip pan, it will turn black inside the smoker. The only thing I don't like are the razor sharp spears. I can blunt them, but they shed blood the first time they were used.
