On closer inspection, buying a shaggy carpet for your new apartment probably wasn't the smartest idea. I've had the carpet for four months now and couldn't find a vacuum to clean it. Insert a scared emoji. But I decided not to give up, I kept researching and reading articles and basically got nothing. Enter Eureka, the mighty tick. This queen came in a small box which is pretty easy to carry around. Unpacking was easy as it was well packaged. What impressed me the most was how easy it is! I can hold the canister with one hand. The tools themselves are very simple. There aren't tons of bells and whistles. But now for what probably interests you, which is how they behave on a shaggy carpet. To be honest I had the lowest expectations based on my research so far, but I can tell you it works! My rug that I thought would never come to life again is back and it's gorgeous. It's a shaggy elm rug that costs a lot of money so I'm so glad I can keep it for more than a year! If you need a shaggy carpet vacuum cleaner at a reasonable price, buy one. There are three additional packages in the box. The vacuum cleaner was already loaded with one, so four in all. To be honest I wasn't too keen on going back to a vacuum life, but it's very simple.
