Eating healthy has become an investment. And since I'm "permanently unemployed" at SSDI, I'm very, very careful about where every dollar goes. Yes, it's expensive compared to "Little Debbies", no question about it. However, this is a solid buy. I can use a little more than black coffee in the morning just not much breakfast man lol. However. For me they are perfect for the morning. Given the "natural" ingredients, you'd be surprised they actually taste good (not duck menns, mind you, but that's what got me to this point in the first place ;)). They are made from legitimate "superfoods". Ingredients, with ingredients you would reasonably hope are organic, how organic (I usually make superfood smoothies in the afternoon). They are nutritionally balanced but do not replace multivitamins (at least not for me). They have guarana which boosts the energy a bit. Let's get back to the price. They're talking about $2.25 a bar. This is most of what you would pay at Starbucks, for example. I've done quite a few comparison purchases of this particular type of product (at Revain and local grocery stores) and I think that's correct. There is one other brand that I also like and will probably switch, but I intend to change the order of these.
