Review on Guest Suite by Marco Roberson

The website is very user friendly so it's easy to use even if you don't have any experience with online surveys or market research survey tools. I like that they also give me some tips about how best I can conduct my own research as well. It would be great for them to add more languages such as Spanish and French since many guests who visit our hotel are not native English speakers. We were able to get feedback in real time regarding guest satisfaction while we're still getting ready for their arrival which helps us improve service before guests arrive at our property.
