It is an easy solution for our affiliate program that we use! I really like how they have provided everything in one place, so there are no questions about what needs done after install or before launch time of campaigns. They also made it simple with their stepbystep training materials online as well if you need help right away (especially when setting up your account). We were using other third party solutions but always had issues finding someone who could answer basic technical support requests quickly enough without long lead times. Their service has been great through both set ups & launches - very quick turnaround from initial contact until live date/launch day!! No complaints here at all. Great experience thus far w them :) Keep me posted every month since this was my first trial run for new platform. Getting setup initially took some effort because most features required user access which wasn't available yet It's very easy to use for B2B sales, you can do everything in one place. It was not that intuitive when I first started using it. The support team is great though! Their team is very proactive and helpful. If you are looking for an all in one solution, this is it. You can send emails, track leads and create reports and campaigns with it. You can also connect to Salesforce and other tools. There is nothing I dislike about Auctio. It works well and has helped us grow our business.
