I was trying to replace a Cuisinart that broke plastic after a few years. I figured I'd save some money and after looking at the reviews for Hamilton Beach thought it might be worth a try. I was wrong. This is the worst food processor I have ever used. Yes, he has two speeds - fast and superhuman. None of them work if you're trying to rate cheese etc. It also only had one blade, which means everything, and I mean everything, gets hammered. I wanted it. I was trying to surprise my wife and all I did was piss her off by substituting a piece of crap for a quality product. If you love your wife, then never buy this item! PS Although Revain usually has a 60 day return policy, for some reason there is no return button/option, so what's even worse!
