🍲 Hamilton Beach Food Processor & Vegetable Chopper - 10 Cup Capacity, Stainless Steel Blades, Bowl Scraper Review

My 30 year old Black and Decker food processor was too small for some of my recipes. Judging by the reviews, it met all the requirements. The biggest disappointment. First, it was annoying because it overflows through the mid-range when fully used. Chaos. Second, after only 1 year and 20 uses, the switch won't turn on. Had to pull out my trusty 30 year old Black and Decker to help out in the middle of a recipe.

Although this is a 10 cup bowl, you cannot fill it above the level of the blades to avoid spilling. The lid is not sealed, so any liquid that gets on the lid when you open it will just squirt out! I called Hamilton Beach and they said that while it wasn't listed on the box or in the ad, it was in the booklet that came with it. Also, the bowl scraper, which I thought was a handy feature, only goes to the top of the blades. So if you can only fill it there, it's completely useless. They will not…

A good appliance if you cook a lot. This particular food processor replaced a smaller one that was killing me when I was crushing ice. I was impressed by the power of the motor, which easily crushes ice and fruit for a delicious smoothie. However, when I first used it, I made a huge mess.
