Works but is quite cumbersome
when connecting to multiple outlets on the power strip. My strip was a 2x4 rosette and plugged like four of them. The pins of the plug are offset and hang down the side a bit instead of straight down the middle to try to prevent the socket from sticking. It's a little difficult to charge the batteries.
