It's not their fault but you should be aware that key cutting is difficult and expensive. With Audi, you may also need to program the key to start the car. Mine didn't need a chip to start the car but this is where this key fob fails and the backup didn't help, it has to be cut to follow the steps to set up the key fob to unlock the doors. I followed the instructions and was able to program the car's original key fob to control the door locks and trunk. I couldn't program the keychains I bought from Revain. We exchanged a lot of emails and I requested a new key fob as a final check. You cannot return them for a refund as the keys have been cut. You need to be cut to try to program. The cost of cutting is higher than the cost of the key. You don't have many options when something doesn't work. Just be aware of the additional programming requirements. Support did not solve my problem. Now I have cut keys but the key fobs do nothing.
