Review on Nikon 55-200mm f/4-5.6G ED IF AF-S DX VR Zoom Lens with Vibration Reduction, New in Bulk Packaging (White Box) by Amit Rajput ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

A little bit not what I expected, generally fine.

If you got a double kit in the kit, then it's normal. Because it's cheap. But now I would not buy a new one separately. The lens blurs the picture. Sharp at aperture from 11-13. The picture is drawn to dull gray tones. At the long end, it twitches when focusing. It has a fragile construct with a plastic mount. The lens saves itself only by the presence of a stabilizer. And I must admit that the stabilizer works quite well. Overall, probably the worst budget telephoto lens I've ever owned.

Pros
  • Price. Stabilizer . Compact .
Cons
  • Soap lens. Fragile. Plastic bayonet. Made in China.
