Review on πŸ₯’ Spiralizer 1000203 - Compact Spiral Vegetable Cutter by Anne Nishioka

Great affordable option that works really well

Bought these little guys to see if they would work for me. my own zucchini noodles at home without investing a lot of money and I am not disappointed. I also really hate owning kitchen appliances that only serve one purpose, but I figured they were small and discreet enough to be worth the little money invested. She really does a great job. Very simple: you simply insert a vegetable, rotate it clockwise and voila: spiral vegetables. My only complaint is that there is a bit of food waste. Since the main mechanism is a cone with a blade inside, once you get to the end of the veggies you'll need to use the handy little 'instructions' that come with the kit. It has spikes and you just stick it into the veg, hold the handle and keep spinning. While it protects your hands and fingers, it doesn't have the ability to roll the last inch of the veggies, and you'll end up with a few random veg cones at the end. I just put the rest in my "vegetable supply" bag and carry on. But thought I'd point this out if others were curious. In general I highly recommend it.
