There were no instructions in my box but it was pretty easy to figure out. I used to sell chips and bags of cereal. I have found that the pouch can rip if you squeeze too hard. If you don't press hard enough, the bags will not seal completely. Part of the sealing process could be that they were cheap chips, but I'm not sure. I'm still working on getting the perfect print to get the right gasket. Love the concept and the fact that it has magnets on the back so you can put it on the fridge for easy access and save drawer space. I would love to go red but this turquoise was the only option when I bought mine.
