Review on ๐Ÿ”ช Freud 10" x 24T Thin Kerf Rip Blade (LU87R010): The Ultimate Multi-Purpose Cutting Solution by Antonio Curry

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Do you have to break teak for miles? This is the blade for you.

I bought the first of these canvases in 2016. Used it on a beginner toothed saw here in Costa Rica. Even ripping teak on this underpowered jigsaw was possible if I worked slowly because the blade uses very little horsepower. I am using this blade now (I have two that need replacing for sharpening) on a Powermatic 66 3hp body saw where I am cutting lots and lots of rough sawn teak for a large door and cabinet project. Even a two inch thick teak for heavy door frames will not sag. But what's really amazing is how much work I get from one blade to sharpening. I'm talking many, many hundreds of feet of 1" and 2" teak rip cuts. I wish my T1 HSS planer and planer would give me so much life.
