Unattractive product, unprofitable purchase.
I do not recommend reading positive reviews. After reading them, I bought this useless thing, wasted money. The vacuum cleaner was used for 3 weeks, i. E. 3 times, and never found the docking station. Let's try to hand over to the service center, loss of nerves and time. It doesn’t clean well, throws garbage around, constantly gets stuck somewhere on a flat floor, doesn’t sweep corners at all. Before that, there was also xiaomi, but cheaper, model 1C, it cleaned perfectly. Worked for almost 2 years. And now the worst thing: I came to the xiaomi service center to hand over the vacuum cleaner for repair under warranty, but they didn’t take it there, they explained that this is a left product (left batch) and they don’t have it according to the barcode. When asked what to do, they sent me to contact the sales representative and resolve this issue with them. So after spending half a day on the road, I returned home with a non-working robot vacuum cleaner and with a refusal to repair it under warranty. There are no words, no mood either. I contacted aliexpress support, they didn’t want to help, they kicked me off, because. they are just a sales platform, although the robot vacuum cleaner is under warranty. The reason is the seller, who dishonestly starts the left product.
