Didn't come pre-programmed as advertised
The remote control received and did not switch channels. I bought the exact same remote with the specs that came with the TV. The remote didn't come with programming instructions in case it didn't work so I had to do an extensive web search to find a manual and was able to reprogram the remote. I could buy a simple universal remote and do everything. I was hoping that the same remote (already programmed) would save time and hassle, but unfortunately it didn't work. Now that I've programmed it, it works correctly. This should be tested before shipping.
