Pros: Attractive, height-adjustable cooler (we have a custom-height counter and it's pretty much the only wine cooler that's height-adjustable), keeps the temperature very stable, quiet . Cons: Some assembly required, no option to dim the temperature display (which is a very brightly lit set of blue numbers). Also very good customer service: ours came with the wrong doorknob, we emailed the support team. It was difficult to find their information, Amazon helped with that, but as soon as we emailed them, they responded immediately and were very easy to work with. Parts arrived quickly.
