Bad design all round. The nozzle is attached by two small hex head screws that fail. Once the drill encounters resistance, it will stop and the extension will continue to rotate. Any bit with a quarter-inch hex shank not only breaks out because it's off-center and doesn't twist when accessed, but actually twists and turns because the bit is off-center. It's just bad design. I bought a 12 inch extension with a quarter inch collet to keep the cargo out of the port for the same price which really works. Bosch makes good tools but is also willing to carry anything if it fetches a buck.
