I've never had one but I've had friends and relatives who have and I remember using them when I was visiting some family members. We used to make grilled cheese sandwiches almost every day. When I saw it, some memories came to my mind. I wanted it when I was 13 so we could make grilled cheese sandwiches together. The sandwiches are excellent. Haven't tried the other parts but even with the sandwich maker this is a fantastic product. Did I mention I love grilled cheese sandwiches? In any case, it is also easy to use and clean. I'm so glad I finally have my own sandwich maker. Would highly recommend this for myself or if you have a friend who doesn't have one but likes to use yours when they come over maybe buy them one of their own. You will be very grateful.
