I like the ability to switch individually, but the switches don't give tactile feedback and it takes a second to switch an LED. I'm losing connection to both of my Ex-HDs, which may or may not be Ultra's fault. Bad design. It looks smooth until you plug it in. At this point, up to ten lines come out in two directions, making it difficult to place. The best I could find was draped over my tower like a saddle, making access to switches a tactile one. There is no unique way to label each switch, so memory (human) or a cheat sheet will help. But this is light years ahead of my previous scheme and the price was right. Peter
