I spent hours reading reviews before deciding on this brand after my sister bought another brand and returned it because it was flimsy. Others have reported warping and metal splinters falling out - all other brands. I figured maybe you get what you pay for so I bought this set. I'M EXCITED! They are very heavy and well made. Parts do not wobble or bend. I followed the attached recipe and made the linguine as perfect as any YouTube demo! I love how the stand that connects to the blender makes a solid connection and the blender's screw goes into a notch on the attachment so there's no telling if it's seated correctly. Flour and pasta are not part of my diet. I got this so I can make pasta out of almond flour. I am very happy that I can now enjoy my favorite dishes. The main thing is that both sides of the dough are lightly dusted, like dusting a child's butt. I didn't have anything hanging or stuck so I didn't have to clean it up!
