Prints great! - Additive Manufacturing Products

3D printed F16 TQS with this resin using Phrozen Sonic Mighty 4K, exposure time 2.5 seconds (according to my calibration prints, instructions from Phrozen). The rest of the settings are pretty much identical to the diagram posted by Phrozen. Slicers Lychee, 3.xx I set the rotation angles as low as possible to avoid a large crack surface immediately, then Lychee automatically creates supports for me. Revised the supports and added about 20 supports where I thought the lychee was a little weak (it would have worked but I was concerned). Note that with a raft that big...(a small portion of the raft didn't really print outside...outside the exposure area) the FEP film failed miserably. The first layer didn't even stick to the platform. I changed it to Phrozen PFA film and it worked great with the exact same slicer file. Smaller prints, FEP film is not a problem, but for peace of mind, skip FEP. Don't blame the resin. This is one of the easiest resins to print, although I wish I had a white resin. And yes, I said "my F16 TQS 3D model". I am the original author of this 3D model.
