Suitable for adult foldable tricycle

It's great to finally find a child bike seat that can be installed on my adult foldable tricycle. This seat is remarkably stable, even on a bike like mine that doesn't have a bar running from the handlebars to the seat. It only has a "women" style lower angled handlebar for easier boarding. This child seat mounts directly to the handlebars and supports itself without having to lean on the bike. Also, it somehow fits perfectly even with a big U-shaped handlebar. I was concerned that the seat would not fit on a bike that is so different from the typical mountain bike style. What a thrill to get it fit (just a little). I couldn't put it on but my husband pushed it on by squeezing a little harder when I tried. This combination of seat and tricycle for adults allows me to cycle with a child in total stability. We both feel absolutely safe. The chair and the child didn't really create a feeling of extra weight. My daughter accepted it very well from the very first ride. She likes to sit in the front. She loves to hold hands. She loves to lie on top of me I have to watch out for the seat, but that doesn't stop my legs from dangling uncomfortably. You have to be careful getting on, but when we're out and about I'm perfectly comfortable with the seat and the baby. The adult tricycle is so stable that I can hold the handlebars with one hand and give the child a cup of juice with the other hand. I never had this experience with my first child because I couldn't find a child bike seat that was safe enough. The risk of accidents has always seemed too high to justify enjoying cycling. I am so happy that after all these years I have finally found a bike and child seat combo that allows me to take my kids to the track. My first child is now 4 years old and is learning to ride his own bike with training wheels. It's great for me to have such a stable bike and a safe child seat to ride with her and help her when needed. We get a lot of attention from people who pass us on the bike path admiring our setup.
