Batteries didn't arrive quickly. I have removed the batteries from FOUR WORKING phones. Two of these new batteries are charged and two phones are working and calling external phones. Two NEW batteries are NOT charged. phones don't work. Do you have two non-working phones in charging pods to see if they charge? I have two different telephone services at home. One of them still works. The phone line with two removable batteries does not work. Still? Waiting to see if "dead" batteries have enough charge for phones to work. Will give another star IF they work! But very disappointed that I have to "fool around" to cover up the frustrating battery swapping experience. Mainly because the "old" batteries still worked perfectly. Three hours later. phones work. Two to three stars.
