I like how it is very easy to set up as well, you can get in touch with their customer support team which helps resolve issues quickly! It's also great that they have an app available so we don't need access through our computer while working out of site at events or festivals etc - just pull your phone from anywhere away form home base & do what needs doing!! Nothing really but if there was something i would say perhaps add more features? Maybe make some better options within reporting sections such as when/where did this occur (if possible). Would be nice maybe even integrate into other services offered by destiny dispatch e-commerce website management system integration / tracking software asset inventory systems time clock service provider payroll solution accounting billing client portal cloud CRM.
