Review on 🚀 APDTY 022715 EGR Evaporative Emissions Vacuum Switching Solenoid Valve: Reliable and Efficient Solution by Daniel Evans

When replacing the head gasket on my 2001 Toyota Camry, this EGR VSV broke. I bought an original Aisin VSV at a local LKQ Pick Your Part store for less than $9. I didn't bring a tester or a 9 volt battery, so I just took a chance. After installation, the CE light came on again. I took the VSV out and checked it. No clicking when power is applied. Got this aftermarket from Revain and tested it. A click can be heard when switching on. Resistance and continuity not checked. I installed it behind the top of the intake manifold with a 10 bolt instead of the original location under the manifold (12 bolt). It's accessible from the top and definitely a lot easier. After clearing the code, the scanner will indicate the EGR test passed and completed after the drive cycle.
