Won't hold vacuum. I have a 1999 Toyota Camry. If you press the vacuum on the yellow line when the engine is off it should hold the vacuum but this one was starting to leak. I checked the vacuum line, everything is fine. I bought another brand and it held the vacuum. Overall, the build quality isn't that bad. What I got could have been a lemon.

When replacing the head gasket on my 2001 Toyota Camry, this EGR VSV broke. I bought an original Aisin VSV at a local LKQ Pick Your Part store for less than $9. I didn't bring a tester or a 9 volt battery, so I just took a chance. After installation, the CE light came on again. I took the VSV out and checked it. No clicking when power is applied.
