Impressions from the purchase are good, buy.

I bought headphones on the Huawei website on the Internet (and I advise you) since the store and the site are different legal entities.
The site is a representative office, delivery was free with a discount, 10,500 came out on prepayment.
Now about marriage: 1) all the interlocutors complained. I resigned myself, I thought it was normal. After a while, the hum appeared already in my ears with the noise reduction mode and in all noisy places (especially in the subway) it began to strain.
I called the warranty phone, told me, they asked for my full name, and immediately found my headphones in the system and all the information about them. They offered to go to the service center for diagnostics.
I found the nearest service center on the site.
I arrived, took the headphones, packed them in a bag, I signed the acceptance documents.
Asked how many days to come?
They answered me: 15 MIN diagnostics, and then a maximum hour for repairs
I was shocked after the warranty and attitude stories from various apple and red retailers.
The master comes in 15 minutes, says you have broken 1 earpiece, the problem identified with him asked if she was frequent, they said no.
Please wait, we will replace both headphones for you. I was pleasantly shocked.
An hour later + - they bring me and show me a case with headphones as from the factory) I test, they do not connect, the master helped me set it up and I went home happy.
While I was waiting for the headphones, I talked to the consultants, drank tea and calmly waited. Service at the level.
After replacing headphones:
1) I lost the buzzing in my ears
2) have become better connected
3) the interlocutors said that it became better
4) all the same, when I speak with interlocutors, I take off my headphones.
Bottom line: top for your money if you have a huawei phone. I do not regret the purchase. Now I'm waiting for a watch by which it will be possible to communicate and connect them to headphones without a phone.

Pros

1) the sound when listening to music, movies or videos is excellent. 2) noise isolation modes really work, in the subway you can listen to music or play quietly, but you can’t watch YouTube or movies, the sound is objectively quieter there. (not the fault of the headphones) 3) top support of Huawei representative offices. 4) price, for 10,000 you will not find anything similar. 5) used air pods before buying huawei, there is a difference. Air pods 2 generations for the same money, they don’t even stand close by sound. 6) headphone control, accept a call or switch a track or pause, I use it, but I have to press hard, I'm afraid to crush it) 7) the sound and microphone through the Internet connection and calls are definitely better than through a regular connection. Interlocutors complain less about noise and wind.

Cons

I got a marriage (if you read and see the same symptoms in the comments, feel free to take it to repair under warranty) 1) Headphones are not suitable for talking on the phone, skype, or tims during exams. Absolutely all the interlocutors talk about the rumble, the wind, as if I'm talking from a bath, and so on. The microphone is very bad, this is not solved by noise reduction. It gets even worse. 2) there are no cases for cases in stores. I already wanted to glue the film. As a result, I ordered a case from aliexpress, the issue price is 300, but the case is safe 3) the cover of the case backlash from the factory, not critical, but keep in mind. 4) difficult to connect to Apple technology 5) sometimes it takes a long time to connect to the phone, I think the problem is in the firmware, or the headphones are empty. 6) headphones and a case of a different color, I knew about this from the reviews, it’s not critical, but the headphones are glossy, they will be scratched.
