easy to set up and huge wave

I'm new to wakesurfing. I have a Centurion FX22 with factory ballast and two factory rear fat bags. The wave reserve was decent and I could ride it, but not without a rope. An experienced rider could probably do without a wedge. I bought this to help with push and wavelength. Installed and tried 2 days ago. I set it down at a 5 degree angle to counteract the boat's pitch when surfing. I'd like to do a 10-15 degree down angle, but that just didn't work on my boat. I contacted FlipSurf directly and they said the tilt angle shouldn't matter as they tested it both ways. I was just looking at some newer high end surf boats with factory Surfgates and they all had a slight downward angle so I copied that because in my head the physics work with angles to give more surface area when moving. I was impressed by the size of the wave. It didn't make me a better surfer, but it did make surfing the wave easier for me. The wave was a serious difference between day and night. I kept telling my wife that the wave should look like this. Coincidentally I went out the next day on a Malibu LSV23 with factory surfgate and IMO my wave looked as good as his but my boat was worth 1/5th of it. I haven't tried any of the sucking styles but I can't imagine them being better. I'd also bet it's a lot easier to attach it to a bracket or swap out the sides of the boat if needed. I can easily reach over the brim and put it on in less than 10 seconds. There is no way to get into the water to attach. The suction cups seem a little trickier to attach, but I can't speak from experience on that. Pros: Easy to install brackets on the boat. Big wave. It is very easy to switch sides. Never get off the boat during use. Always attach the magnetic base to the boat. - I really don't care how it looks and when it floats it's right next to the waterline so you don't really notice it. TDLR: Huge Wave. Easy to install
