Review on OP TECH USA Work Mat by Russ Charmin

While I believe this mat is listed as anti-static (or mentioned in any of the reviews I've read), I'm not sure. In any case, it does not need to be grounded or strapped. My misunderstanding of the topic aside, it's great. It looks like a yoga mat and is great for creating a non-slip surface. In addition, the texture and thickness of the mat makes it very comfortable for me to rest my forearms on it while I work. Also, it's great for holding all those little screws in place and for grouping different sizes/types. There is also plenty of space to work. It's big enough to spread out across my desk and fits my Antec 1200 nicely when swapping out components. The overall quality is good, the thickness provides comfort and prevents dropped propellers from bouncing and rolling, and the surface is completely slippery. free. The only issue I have is that I don't believe this is a true anti-static mat simply because it cannot be grounded. Otherwise recommended!
