Was looking for a hook to hold bags/purses with thicker straps or handles as my car seats are soft. This hook sticks out far enough for that, but can also pivot under the headrest when not in use so it doesn't get in the way. Teens love that the retractable hook on the bottom holds their phones so they can record Tiktok videos in the backseat while I drive. I love that the phone holder can be adjusted to fit different phones and that it doesn't require a magnet or other device to fit the phone. I wish the phone holder was easier to pull out from the bottom of the hook. Four stars for the part that holds the hook to the headrest rail. It is very small and looks thin. Not sure how long these hooks will last, but so far so good.
