Review on 🎧 TechRise USB Audio Adapter: External Stereo Sound Card for Windows, Mac, Linux, PC - Enhance Audio Experience on Laptops and Desktops by Dave Sidhu

Audiophile quality splitter, volume control and sound card

I'm always wary of such cheap stuff - a lot of promises, and something in the description almost always doesn't live up to its promises. I am happy to report that this product does everything it promised and everything I needed. I use it in conjunction with a USB-C hub so I can use a single USB-C cable plugged into my laptop for power input, audio output, mouse connection, and HDMI to my thin laptop's external monitor. So I can finally connect and disconnect quickly. I used to use a 3.5mm splitter to route music/voice to an external sound system and a small subwoofer that provided great sound for hours at the table. But plugging/unplugging the 3.5mm jack into the laptop to play audio always triggered the subwoofer and caused loud and unwanted popping/humming noises. Those days are over! Now plugging and unplugging my laptop on my desk is a single USB-C operation and I don't experience any unwanted noise or pops. And my splitter, which is often responsible for sometimes cutting off the sound on one side or the other, was sent to the parts box. I read the reviews before ordering and agree with other posters that the sound quality is amazing for such a cheap product. . Contrary to some reviewers, I have way more volume than I can use. Maybe these reviewers don't know how to properly adjust the upstream volume from the USB sound card on their PC/Mac? That's the only explanation I can think of. The device is amazing. But it's not perfect. Here's what I would change: 1.) Make the blue light constant instead of blinking. Nobody likes blinking lights from a normally working device. 2.) Increase the length of the USB cable. Or add a simple extension for those who need more length. 3.) Change your product photos to real photos, not CAD drawings. In particular, remove the strange image that this device shows next to the black and white images of the splitter - it has nothing to do with it and implies that the USB cable can be removed from the USB sound card (it is not removable). 4.) Rewrite your description to better explain this device and its features. you undercut it I couldn't be sure if both 3.5mm outputs would work at the same time. They work simultaneously - as I need it. Thank you for reading. And thanks to the manufacturer for such a great device!
