The tool has been used in our organization as part of continuous delivery process which helps us measure user experience from end users perspective along side product metrics (such as number or success rate). At present it does not provide any customization options beyond what we have currently enabled within its default configuration. It provides insights into data analytics but do note there are many more tools available out there than just this one offering such capabilities, if you need additional customizations then I would recommend looking at other products like JIRA instead - they offer far better flexibility in terms of functionality/capabilities offered versus price point / licensing model etc. In addition, integration with third party applications should be considered before choosing vendor offerings. We use IVPM primarily during release life cycle planning stage where detailed requirements gathering needs to take place so can plan accordingly using business requirement mapping templates provided via dashboards.
