This program allows for multiple users, which makes it easy to have access from anywhere in an organization; this also helps when there are many people working together within one department. I do not like how sometimes it does take a bit longer than expected to get information back after you submit something. It would be helpful if they could make things easier by creating checklists so that mistakes can't happen again. We use GCA's software for our job cost estimating purposes. They provide us everything we need (including templates) at no charge - all of their products work great!
