The zipper does not close easily.
Returned because the zipper is very difficult to open and close. This is not a poor quality zipper, just one of those very tight zippers. I'm an adult and I struggle with this, so I know my kids will. I can't imagine how much trouble this will cause once the hamster is inside! What a bummer because I loved everything else about it.
