This kit was used to replace the brakes on a 2014 Kia Forte EX. The 2-pin plates fit the rear caliper pistons and easily thread into the caliper body without damaging the piston boot. A large disc plate was used to push the front caliper pistons. The reactive body tool has a magnetic head that helps hold the discs in place. The magnets aren't strong, but are good enough to act as a third hand when using the tool. The plates appear to be stamped from sheet steel; One of them has a jagged edge, but not enough to prevent it from being used. The instructions could have been better - it only lists special vehicles, not current manufacturer models. For the price and value, this tool set is a steal. Stop using C-clamps or improvising with other caliper compression tools with this set in your toolbox.
