I made a purchase from EZoneTronics not too long ago in the hopes of finding electronics of a high-quality for prices that were more reasonable than those advertised on their website. Unfortunately, my experience with this online business did not live up to my expectations in any way. To begin, the website was not designed in a way that was friendly to users, and it was difficult to traverse. In addition, the product explanations were lacking, which made it difficult for me to comprehend what it was that I was purchasing. My purchase arrived after a significantly longer period of time than I had anticipated, and when it did, the product was broken. I called their customer service department, and while the representatives I spoke with were courteous, they were unable to solve my problem to my satisfaction. In addition, I discovered that their prices were higher than those of other online stores, which led me to question their claim that their prices were reasonable on their website. In general, my experience with EZoneTronics was very negative, and I would not recommend the company to anyone searching for affordable and dependable electronic goods.
