This product works. For some time. I was fine with all ports plugged in, at 16 months the HDMI port started to be a little annoying/fussy and at 18 months the HDMI port just died. The Ethernet, USB-C, and USB3.0 ports continued to work flawlessly. I only used HDMI at 1080p so can't comment on the 4K performance. I have to say that this adapter has always felt quite warm - don't know if that's normal (I assumed so, so I wasn't surprised). I will replace it with a power supply from another manufacturer. suppliers to see if I have better luck.
