Review on 🚘 TrunkNets Front Bumper License Plate Bracket for Subaru Outback 2008-2020 by Oscar Berry

This bracket attaches directly to the plastic bumper with 2 large self-tapping screws. I recommend drilling 2 1/8" pilot holes for the screws first rather than trying to drill screws directly through the plastic. Place the two rubber pads provided between the plate and the bumper. VERY IMPORTANT! DO NOT TIGHTEN THE SCREWS TOO TIGHTENED!The bumper is made of fairly flimsy plastic.The screws will easily tear the plastic if you overtighten them.If you see the license plate is tight,don't tighten more than 1/4 turn!Made Constructed of thick solid metal with a good black finish Do not attempt to install without the black rubber grommets provided.
