I like that it is very easy to use for both my clients as well myself! It's so much easier than other systems we have used before when shipping goods internationally with different countries' rules about taxes etc - this has made our lives simpler by far!! Sometimes there can be issues where you don't receive your tracking number straight away which makes life difficult but they do try their best at fixing them quickly if possible however sometimes things are beyond anyone else's control (eBay) otherwise great system overall :) Great way to keep track all shipments from start till finish no matter how big or small.
