Overall a good product. Bought to pour milk from the large liter jugs sold in the store (half a gallon each). My elderly aunt finds it difficult to lift full liter jugs and they take up far more space in our main fridge. I don't like the lid. It seems to be holding up nicely, but I just don't trust it (it could just be me, and actually the pitcher is fine). I've also noticed that milk pools when the drain hole is opened. It doesn't drip, which is good, but the milk doesn't drip back into the jug and dry out. Yes, I could just wash it every time I use it, but I'd rather not. A small problem, especially if you only use it for the "water" product.
