Great for my shoulder
I bought this to do my physical therapy stretches for my shoulder at home. It works great. It is very firm so if you are looking for one with a little give you might want to look around some more. It is great for post work out foam rolling though or for an ab workout.
- It helps in exercising my neck, shoulder and back.
- May not be suitable for beginners or those new to exercising or massage therapy
