Review on Large Charcuterie Cheese Board by Totally Bamboo by Doug Hawkins

When my daughter rolls out pasta sheets with paper towels, the sheets get long. With a blender and other things on our shelf, we needed a board that fit in the front half so she could use the pasta cutters on the ravioli or tortellini. The size of this board couldn't be more perfect for pasta sheets. We will use the back side to cut pasta and the very nice other side when we are having fun and eating meat and cheese. This is a beautiful board. Very happy!
