This microwave/fryer/convection oven/grill is actually pretty good all around. The microwave heats and cooks quickly and evenly. The fryer works quite well, albeit a bit slower than a standalone fryer. The convection oven does a really good job of cooking/baking/roasting etc just like a regular oven and when using the "combination" mode it cuts about 30% to 40% of the required cooking time. Grilling is almost the same as in any oven, nothing special. The only downside is that there are a lot of buttons on the panel that you have to press to do something, there really isn't an easy button to touch and heat something. There is a slight learning curve, but not too bad. The biggest benefit is the fact that if you're cooking/baking/baking/air roasting etc for multiple people, you can do it all with one appliance instead of multiple standalone appliances.
