I had to write a review for my iPad replacement tripod again. Although this one will be back soon that's why it got a star but I have to take into account today's which was a 7-10 inch stand which I rate 5+ not to mention the great customer service I have got it from customer service (ShangKuFashion - Ruby). She kept in touch about my dislike of the previous tripod and today I got a new replacement which is amazing. Thank you Ruby for listening to your customers' hearts!
